Coverage

Whole-home filtration, water-conditioning, and related components are intended to be covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the term specified in VWS's official warranty documentation (commonly discussed as a lifetime limited warranty on the core system, with shorter terms on wear items such as filter cartridges/media). Exact terms, start date, and covered components are set by VWS.

What's Typically Excluded

Damage from improper installation by a non-authorized party, freezing, flooding, power surges, municipal water pressure outside rated specifications, normal wear of filter media/cartridges, and cosmetic wear are typically excluded — subject to VWS's actual terms.

Filing a Claim

Warranty claims are filed directly with VWS using the serial number and installation date above. BioHydroH2O can help you locate the right VWS contact but does not adjudicate, approve, or fund warranty claims.

Transferability
